chopped roughly

Juice of 1 small lemon

red pepper flakes

olive oil
plus more to adjust consistency
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Begin by washing and removing the top of the garlic scapes.
Combine all of the ingredients except for the olive oil in the bowl of a food processor or a blender.
Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped, then begin adding your olive oil.
Add olive oil until it forms a smooth sauce, being careful not to over-process the pesto.
Transfer to a small jar using a rubber spatula and store in the fridge.
