Vegetarian Guacamole

Avocados Tomatoes Red Onion Bell Peppers Jalapenos Cilantro Lime Juice


Scoop the avocado out of its skin and mash it in a large bowl.

Mince the onions, jalapeno, and cilantro. Dice the tomatoes and bell peppers into small pieces.

Add all of the ingredients to the bowl with the avocado and mix well. Salt to taste. 

Serve with tortilla chips or on your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes.
