One of the following:

Air Dry on a Rack

Lay the leaves on a drying rack or a cooling rack to allow air to circulate around the leaves.

Hang to Air Dry

Tie the leaves in a bundle with string and hang them to dry.

Oven Dry

Lay the bay leaves on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and dry in the oven on the lowest setting.

Dehydrator

Dry the bay leaves in a food dehydrator.
